It doesn't matter what business you are in...


You are NOT in the business of selling whatever you are selling...


Ultimately you are in the business of accumulating customers...


It's not about pushing for the sale but focusing on building connections and providing genuine value to others.


✅ Get to know your customers and clients


✅ Create a loyal following that will continue to come back for more.


It's much more expensive to acquire a new customer than to retain an existing one.


How can we do this? Here are some nuggets...


1. Focus on providing value


Whether it's through your products, services, or simply sharing valuable information with your audience, make sure that everything you do is designed to help your customers.


2. Engage with your audience


Social media is a powerful tool for building relationships with your audience. Respond to comments and messages, thank them for their feedback, and show your audience that you genuinely care about their needs and concerns.


3. Offer personalized experiences


Who doesn't love feeling valued? One way to do this is by offering personalized or what we'd like to call "Red Carpet" experiences.

It could be a customized product or service or simply remembering their name and preferences, these little touches can go a long way in building lasting relationships.


You accumulate customers by making friends.


Building real, authentic relationships with them.


Make a friend... make a sale


Stop focusing on the sale...stop being pushy...


Focus on building relationships, making friends, providing value and helping people vs selling people
