On top of the world...

And the only thing I can think about is my journey...

You see as you climb a mountain of this magnitude it forces you to think...

To go in depth with yourself...

Here is what I've processed so far...

I've come a long... long... long way

But unlike climbing a mountain I haven't made it to the top

Unlike the mountain, life keeps climbing

There is no summit of life

This has been a great reflection but also a reset

Yes, I've come a long way, but I have so much further to go

So many more people to help

So many more leadership skills to develop

This journey of life is going to continue and my commitment to serving, leading and inspiring others is at an all time high!

Honestly, I've recently been reflecting a lot on my leadership skills

This hike helped keep me grounded

As a leader I strive to serve those I lead to live ALL of their hopes, dreams and desires.

Sometimes it's tough

But it's so worth it

It's crazy that at the peak of the mountain, all I can think about is being more grounded and a better leader for those who choose to join me on this amazing journey of life
