There is a difference between Interest and Commitment

Have commitment problems?

You’re not alone.

There are two opposing forces when it comes to goal setting and follow through… interest and commitment.

Too many people set a goal just because it sounds good… maybe it’s a nice dream or an aspiration… or sometimes it feels good to say a goal out loud but…

…are you really committed to it?

Commitment produces RESULTS…

Commitments are non-negotiable

Commitments require a ZERO OPTIONS mentality

When you are ALL IN and make a commitment to something, results will follow.

Wanna know what sets apart the elite from the average? The high performers from the average performers?

They don’t set goals… They make commitments.

For example do you say, “I’d like to start working out” or “I’m committed to working out 4 times a week for an hour each session.”

Do you see the difference?

There's no "I tried." There's only "I did" or "I didn’t."

Once you make a commitment - it’s time to follow through.

Word to the wise… commitments are best achieved with a community of the committed.

Your network equals your net worth 👀

Surround yourself with the ruthlessly committed, the encouragers, the ones who will hold you to a high standard…

Give today your all.👊
