A smaller inventory can lead to higher demand and subsequently, higher prices - classic supply and demand.


In fact, recent data shows home prices continue to inflate by approximately 0.8% per month. If you're eyeing a $500,000 home today, waiting another 30 days could add an extra $4,000 to the price tag!
