Yup, that's the secret. Build a plan. Follow the plan. Day after day after day. Review your game film. Make improvements and adjustments as needed. Stick to the plan.
Here's a real simple example that everyone can do but most won't. Seriously this has led to my success so far in this #30daylistingchallenge
1. Find list of all hand raiser seller leads 2. Research if they still own the property 3. Call, text and email them 4. Day 2 - Call, text, and email them if no answer or response after Day 1 5. Day 3 - Call, text, and email them if no answer or response after Day 2
Yup, it really is that simple. So many times we call a lead once or we send one text message and then move on to the next.
We assume the lead will call us back when they are ready. Seriously, how entitled have we become as agents? It's not their job to follow up with you, it's your job to follow up with them
Model the discipline and consistency that a homeowner would want in the agent they choose to represent them in the sale of their home.
Think about it, is it better to make 1,000 dials to 1,000 people or 500 dials to 100 people that we know raised their hand and still own their home they raised their hand on?
Stop automating yourself out of productivity. Think strategically. So many people are trying to do more but... More isn't always better... better is always better
