Matt Smith went from working out of his basement to building a MEGA Real Estate team which ranks #1 in Mid-Missouri #2 in the state of Missouri and #45 in the Nation. Matt is the President and CEO of Matt Smith Real Estate Group.
Matt is also pursuing his passion of helping others in a couple of ways. Matt is partnered with Jon Cheplak as a Real Estate Coach with Cheplak Select Coaching where he is a coach to some of the top teams in the country. Matt is also the founder of All Or Nothing In Real Estate which serves as a platform to give back to the real estate industry.
The Matt Smith Real Estate Group has ranked #1 in its marketplace for 8 years in a row and has joined the prestigious list of Inc. 5,000’s Fastest Growing Companies as one of the companies for three consecutive years. In 2022, Matt's team of 30 agents closed 733 homes.
Matt has a tremendous passion for helping people and agents reach their goals and loves coaching other real estate professionals throughout the country. Matt mentored one of his agents to sell 100 homes in her first year as a real estate agent.
Above all of this, however, Matt's favorite jobs are those of loving husband to his wife and father to two beautiful daughters.
